Please check the bottom left hand corner of the YouTube video to see if you may have accidentally muted yourself. YouTube remembers the last setting for your volume when you previously watched a YouTube video.

Try refreshing or reloading the page to see if it works, or if you have other too many applications or other video windows open, try closing them. If the issue persists, open up YouTube on another browser and check if you can view other YouTube videos. If you are not able to view other YouTube videos, this means there may be some issues with watching YouTube videos on your machine. If you are able to view other YouTube videos, this may mean that your machine is not able to watch videos that are live streamed.

Try updating the Quality settings on the YouTube controls near the bottom of the content window.

If closed captions are available on the video, a CC icon will be visible on the bottom right of the player. To turn on closed captions, tap the CC icon. To turn off closed captions, tap the CC icon again. Please note that not all videos have burnt in captions available, and will instead be utilizing YouTube auto captions. For information on managing closed captions settings, visit the YouTube Help page.

At the bottom right of the YouTube session, tap Settings, then tap the CC icon in the menu. From there, you'll be able to select a closed caption language.

First tap on Auto-translate, then you'll be able to select a closed caption language.

As long as Q&A forum is enabled, anyone signed in can submit a question. To do this, scroll down below the live stream video. You’ll see the option to ‘ask a question.’ You can also up-vote other audience members’ questions should you be interested in them as well. Note that, you cannot down-vote anyone else’s questions but you can remove your own vote.

Yes, but the ability to ask new questions will be closed once the event is on-demand. At this point, Q&A will be archived where all questions/replies asked during the live stream will be viewable.

Some questions will be answered by the Google team either live during the event, or post-event to help provide more information. Other viewers may respond to your question as well.

All questions will be monitored and we will do our best to respond to all Summit related questions, however we may not get to them all. Our Summit Series question response SLA is 24 hours. Depending on the nature of your question, we may respond 1:1. Google Cloud reserves the right to not respond, hide or remove your question if it violates our Terms & Conditions or Code of Conduct.

Yes, questions are based off of your Google user profile. However, no other personal information will be shared.
