About today’s session

By clicking the Home tab on the Navigation bar located at the top of the page, you can view the full schedule of today's event with complete details including titles, start times, and speaker details, so you can plan your day. You can click the ‘Watch Live’ link to jump into the current session.

Live real-time captions in Korean, Bahasa Indonesia, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English language will be available throughout the Broadcast. Click on the Language drop down selector on the top right and select the language subtitle of your choice to view the sessions.

During Event
You sure can! Under the video screen you’ll see a blue button marked “Ask a question”. Click on the button and submit your questions here at any time during the event. Along with Google Cloud experts, anyone in the community can reply to your questions, answer them, or like them.

Playback issues

Please try the following:

1. Refreshing your browser
2. Check that you don't have any ad blockers or extensions that may interfere with the video playback.
3. Or if you have too many applications or other video windows opened, try closing them.

If you’re still having issues:

1. Open another browser window and check that you are able to watch other YouTube videos without issue.
2. If you are not able to view other Youtube videos, it means there may be some issues with watching Youtube videos on your machine.
3. If you are able to view other Youtube videos, it may mean that your machine is not able to watch videos that are live streamed, in which case you can watch the session on demand at a later time.

We are sorry you are experiencing this issue. You could be using an account that has certain restrictions based on the admin for the account. Please disable restricted mode on the YouTube website by clicking your profile and toggle the option off.

If it still doesn’t work, please try the followings:

1. Make sure cookies are enabled
2. Clear cache or cookies
3. If using a VPN, either turn off the VPN network and try switching to another network OR try switching to a non-VPN network
4. Try a different browser. If you have certain browser extensions this may cause an issue
5. Try a personal device; personal laptop, phone etc.
6. Do not use incognito mode if you are attempting to sign in with a Google account. This will throw you into a loop

See if you can force HD by clicking on the gear. Try clicking on the gear in the bottom right hand corner and change to HD.

In the right hand corner of the player, you will see a settings toolbar. Click on the icon, and change the quality setting to a lower HD. We hope that helps!

1. Open an incognito window (CTRL/CMD+SHIFT+N) on your browser.

5. Search for the course "Prompt Design in Vertex AI" on the catalog page and navigate to the course page.
6. Follow the instructions to complete the course with a 100% assessment score and get your Skillbadge.
7. After you finish the course, you will also be given a 30-day free access to the skillsboost platform. You will now see that you have received a monthly subscription in your account. Check your profile by visiting the following link & it should show Monthly Subscription.
